ABOUT OLMAR
Olmar was created to own and operate strategic logistics assets, focused on the maritime industry serving commodities.
This allows blue chip industrials, large trading companies and local port authorities to divest their critical infrastructure to Olmar as long term operating partner while keeping control over its strategic supply chain function.
As a result our clients can free up time and access funding, enabling them to have an increased focus on their core processes, and benefit from Olmar's knowledge and capital to accelerate supply chain improvements.
We currently operate logistics assets in Pori, Finland www.olmar.fi as well as in Hamina, Kotka and Nurmes www.rpgroup.fi .

Olmar’s focus excludes the handling of steam coal.
We especially value long term usage contracts and the potential to apply our proven track record to execute improvements.
PORT TERMINALS
Handling and storage facilities in low risk geographies. Typically having a strategic function, with the intent of serving blue chip industrials or mega-traders in very long term partnership.
RAIL
Fleets of dedicated railway cars and/or railway tracks, typically for a strategic connection of large scale processing plants with origins, or port terminals.
VESSELS
Vessels designed to carry specific cargoes on strategic routes, backed by long term charters with large industrials.
BARGES
Fleets of barges in low risk geographies, with a long term strategic supply function.
